Entenmann’s Donut Cakes: Cinnamon & Sugar and Double Chocolate Chip Review

Today, Kevin and I are excited to try some Entenmann’s Donut Cakes. We picked up two flavors: Double Chocolate Chip and Cinnamon and Sugar, each priced at $5.69 at Kroger. These are the only two flavors available, which is a rare find in our area where Entenmann products are typically limited to the same few offerings. Packaging and Presentation The packaging is straightforward. The donuts come individually wrapped for freshness, which makes them convenient for on-the-go snacking. Each box contains six donuts, with each donut being 270 calories. Double Chocolate Chip Donut Cake The Double Chocolate Chip donut cake is impressively soft, almost like a cake rather than a traditional donut. The texture includes a slightly crunchy drizzle on top and firmer chocolate chip pieces scattered throughout. While the flavor is rich, approaching a devil's food cake in intensity, it doesn't quite reach that level of darkness. Despite being 270 calories, it feels light and airy, much like a ca
