This visually stunning cake boasts three layers of vanilla sponge cake filled with raspberry preserves and pastry cream, topped with green icing. The almond flavor was prominent, giving it a floral hint. The fondant-like topping added a gritty texture that might not be to everyone’s taste.

With three layers of dense truffle cake filled with peanut butter cream and finished with Kahlua glaze, this cake was a hit. The peanut butter flavor was rich and prominent, particularly in the thick frosting between the layers.

This classic favorite featured three layers of light chocolate cake with traditional coconut filling and rich chocolate ganache. The dense texture and rich sweetness made it the standout choice for us.
