Nature Valley Crispy Creamy Wafer Bars Review: Honey Vanilla & Strawberry Flavors

Today, Kevin and I are reviewing the new Nature Valley Crispy Creamy Wafer Bars. We sampled two flavors: Honey Vanilla and Strawberry. These bars are priced at $4.32 for a box of five bars at Walmart. Honey Vanilla Wafer Bar The Honey Vanilla bar is naturally flavored with other natural flavors. Each bar contains 14 grams of whole grain and 200 calories. The primary ingredient is oat butter, followed by whole grain wheat flour, sugar, palm and palm kernel oil, whole grain oats, honey, fructose, maltodextrin, whey, cornstarch, soy lecithin, salt, natural flavor, and baking soda. Upon tasting, the vanilla flavor stands out, complemented by a subtle hint of salt that balances the sweetness. The texture resembles a sweet, glazed oat cookie. Despite its 200 calories, the bar feels light and easy to eat quickly. The oat flavor is prominent, which I enjoyed, but it might not be filling enough for some compared to other bars.
