Whole Foods Market's Quick Baking Cookies - Lemon Cheesecake and Snickerdoodle

Today, Kevin and I are reviewing Whole Foods Market's quick baking cookies. We tried two flavors: Lemon Cheesecake and Snickerdoodle. Each box costs $7.99 for 14.1 ounces (400 grams) and contains eight cookies, making them $1 per cookie. Baking Instructions : 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Remove the frozen cookies from the package. 3. Arrange the cookies on a baking tray. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes. 5. Allow cookies to cool slightly for 2 minutes before enjoying warm. The cookies come frozen, so you can bake as many or as few as you want at a time. Preparation and Review : I preheated my oven to 350°F and used parchment paper for easy cleanup, though it’s not necessary if you have a non-stick pan. I placed two cookies on the tray; these cookies do not spread much during baking, so they don’t need to be spaced far apart.
