Welcome back! In this video, we will guide you on how to add your GoBank prepaid debit Visa card as a payment method in the Uber Eats app. If you are not familiar with GoBank, it's a popular prepaid debit card available at many local retailers, like CVS. Once you purchase and load money onto the card, you can use it wherever Visa is accepted. Let's see if it works with Uber Eats.

Step 1: Open the Uber Eats App

First, open the Uber Eats app on your device. The app icon is green, white, and black. If you don't have the app yet, check the video description for a referral link.

Step 2: Navigate to the Payment Options

Once the app is open, you’ll be on the home screen, which displays various restaurant ads and specials. To add your GoBank card, click on the menu icon at the bottom right. This icon looks like a menu with four lines: a home, a search function, a ticket, and a person. Click on the person icon.

Step 3: Access the Payments Section

In the menu, you’ll see several options like favorite restaurants and the ability to apply as a driver. To add your GoBank card, select the "Payments" option, which is about three lines down from the top and has a credit card icon next to it.

Step 4: Add a Payment Method

In the Payments section, you can add funds to your Uber Cash, though we won’t cover that here. To add your GoBank card, click on the green "Add Payment Method" button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 5: Enter Card Details

The Add Payment screen will appear, offering three options: adding a credit or debit card, PayPal, or Venmo. Select the "Credit or Debit Card" option since the GoBank card is a prepaid debit card.

Next, you’ll need to enter the full card number, expiration date, security code, and billing zip code. The billing zip code is the one you used to register and activate the card. Step 6: Save Your Card

After entering your card details, a "Save" button will appear. Click this button to save your GoBank prepaid debit card to your Uber Eats account.

Confirmation
