Today, Kevin and I are excited to try some ice cream bars from Mayfield Dairy Farms, which we found at Publix. Each bar was priced at $5.69. While some were labeled as new, we're not certain how long they’ve been available. Since we don't have Publix in our area, these are new to us. We're reviewing three flavors: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Caramel Waffle Cone, and the Original Chocolate Chip.

Caramel Waffle Cone Ice Cream Bars
These bars are also 100 calories each. They combine caramel ice cream with caramel-flavored swirls and chocolate-coated waffle cone pieces. While the caramel flavor is rich and creamy, reminiscent of goat milk caramel, the distribution of waffle cone pieces is sparse.
Despite the limited waffle cone pieces, the caramel ice cream itself is flavorful and satisfying. The chocolate coating on the waffle cone pieces keeps them crisp, enhancing the overall texture.
Original Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches
Each sandwich weighs 98 grams and contains 330 calories. These sandwiches feature vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips between two chocolate chip cookies. The cookies are soft yet sturdy enough to hold the ice cream without falling apart.

The Caramel Waffle Cone bars, while delicious, could benefit from more waffle cone pieces.
