Today, Kevin and I are excited to try some ice cream from Stone Ridge Creamery. We picked up three flavors: Denali Moose Tracks, Caramel Waffle Cone, and Maple Caramel, each costing $4 at Jungle Jim's International Market in Ohio. This is our first time encountering Stone Ridge Creamery, a brand distributed out of Providence, Rhode Island. Denali Moose Tracks Description: Vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cups and the famous Moose Tracks fudge. Nutrition: 230 calories per 2/3 cup (87g). The container has nine servings. Review: The vanilla ice cream was creamy and delicious, complemented by generous swirls of chocolate fudge. The peanut butter cups were crunchy and added a great texture. The chocolate had a gritty texture, which was a bit polarizing. Some bites felt sandy, but the larger, sugary grains were enjoyable.
